While referencing the solid, ordered massing characteristic of London's perimeter blocks, the building is articulated as a distinct standalone volume within the streetscape. Generous entrances are carved into the form, leading to a publicly accessible landscaped courtyard at the heart of the site. This sheltered garden space provides a calm point of arrival, opening the development to its surroundings and offering seating and amenity for both occupiers and visitors.

The building’s near-square plan allows for highly efficient and flexible floorplates, supporting a range of contemporary office layouts.
